In keeping with the theme of this blog I have decided to look into a company that is an excellent resource for organizing: TheContainerStore.com. There are organizational items for every room in your home, reasonably priced, and very inspirational.
Side note: TheContatinerStore.com ships to Canada now! That’s GREAT news!!
Finding out exactly where this company stands online, in social media brought me to a website called Social Mention. This website really stood out to me because it seems to be as an excellent resource for knowing how often TheContainersotre has been talked about, who tweeted about it, YouTube videos that are posted and blogged about. This website was suggested as part of the Social Media class that I’m currently enrolled in.
Socialmentions allows you to type in the name of a company/website and it searches “content from across the universe” and pulls all the information from different social media sites like Twitter and Facebook all into one perfectly organized place. I chose to type in TheContainerStore. My findings were interesting.
14:0 sentiment that’s really great news. From the information that is pulled from different sites the ratio of positive comments (14) to (0) negative comments. Every 3 hours TheContainerStore is mention: this I found to be surprising news, as I wasn’t sure what to expect. Twitter seems to be the highest ranking place for TheContainerStore to be mentioned, followed by Flickr.
My findings were partially surprising, but I’ve known for a long time that TheContainerStore is a great online store for all of your organizing needs
Here are 10 conversations that I’ve found online from places like Twitter, Instagram and YouTube. The orange ratings: -1, 0, and +1 indicate how the comments were rated with -1 being a negative comment, 0 being a neutral comment and +1 being an excellent comment.
My apologies if these are showing up rather small/illegible…if you click on the photo they can be enlarged.
